DeleteI really cant get my head around why so many authors of the online stories I read seem to find it necessary to have the adult characters treat their boys so appallingly. Even in fiction, it's something I find unconscionable. And, of course, it just feeds into and reinforces the real world stereotype of the predatory 'paedo', with no interest in anything other than molestation and rape. I hate it.
