DeleteThis was a reflection on something I read online, rather than about my situation specifically, but there are, of course, parallels. And forgiving myself, as much as loving myself, is something I find almost impossible to do.

There's no reason to forgive when nothing wrong has been done.To love yourself is to accept yourself. You can do that!
